Manager
Our Managers are responsible for leading the entire restaurant operation and building a strong team. They ensure an exceptional guest experience, oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, manage inventory and ordering, and drive sales growth. Managers recruit, hire, and train team members while setting the tone for culture, performance, and accountability in the restaurant.

Shift Leader
Shift Leaders support the management team and help ensure smooth day-today operations. They supervise staff, handle customer concerns, manage inventory and ordering, and can confidently open and close the restaurant independently. Shift Leaders play a key role in maintaining high standards, motivating the team, and delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.

Service Team (Host/Hostess)
Our Service Team members are the face of Urban Cookhouse. They create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests walk in. Hosts focus on delivering fast, friendly service with a smile, ensuring every guest has an outstanding dining experience. Maintaining front-of-house cleanliness, organization, and energy is essential to this role.

Kitchen Leader
Kitchen Leaders help ensure back-of-house excellence by supporting the Kitchen Manager in daily operations. They oversee ticket times, food preparation standards, kitchen cleanliness, and organization. Kitchen Leaders also train BOH team members, assist with inventory and ordering, and communicate closely with management to maintain Urban Cookhouse’s quality standards.

Cook

Our Cooks are essential to delivering the fresh, flavorful meals our guests love. Responsibilities include preparing menu items according to recipe standards, managing kitchen stations, maintaining sanitation and organization, and ensuring food is prepared efficiently and accurately. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, work well on a team, and take pride in producing high-quality food. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, including support for catering and onsite events.
